（法新社巴黎十二日電） 英國人笨手笨腳、法國人舌燦蓮花、北歐人面冷若冰、義大利人親切熱情。

各國人都會求愛，但調情方式，卻因文化與習俗大有不同。

社會人類學家福克斯告訴法新社：「基本上，過去傳承下來的一長串求愛成功經驗，已錯綜複雜地深植人心。

如果我們沒跟異性接觸，就不會繁衍後代，人類也會滅絕。」

情人節近在眉稍的同時，不管是想尋找靈魂伴侶、或只是想把妹吊凱子，人人磨拳擦掌蓄勢待發，準備發動連串的眼神攻勢，夾雜些許戲謔調笑，希望邱比特的箭可以射向心心相映的那個人。

但嘗試求愛的人可得小心，各國調情文化存在細微的差異，不是本國人通常搞不清楚，人家到底是在獻殷勤，還是在羞辱他們。

在荷蘭，碰觸陌生人、就算是在酒吧裡友善地碰觸陌生人的肩膀，都是萬萬使不得，在街上接近或讚美陌生人也是一大禁忌。

任職於海牙國際公司的美國女子卡蒂娜說：「在荷蘭，要自己對男人發動眼神攻勢，他們可不會來接近你。」

高中時曾獲票選為「最佳調情手」的卡蒂娜說：「在美國，只要站在那裡，就會有人來找你，但在這裡得更具侵略性一點。」

在英國，求愛得靠酒精催化，來掩飾對親暱言語的害怕、與擔心被拒絕的恐懼。

福克斯說：「英國男性要不就是沉默壓抑、說話打結、怪里怪氣，再不然就是笨拙魯莽、酒氣醺人，他們求愛常常非常迂迴，甚至羞辱多過恭維。」

才剛剛出版「觀察英國人：英式行為背後規則」一書的福克斯說：「我以前還有很多次得跟外國朋友解釋，『笨牛』真的是表示愛意的詞。」

在家鄉時，常到酒吧喝個爛醉的英國女孩，來到一海之隔的法國後，卻常常不習慣突如其來的讚美與公開的調情。

一名英國年輕記者說：「法國男人的性暗示比較不明顯，比較少戲謔，說話也比較直接，他們會說『你的眼睛真的很漂亮』這類俗氣的話。」

在法國，男人在街上直接邀請陌生人喝咖啡，也完全沒問題，雖然他們可能被拒絕。

在瑞典，遊客常常誤以為求愛這種事並不存在，因為陌生人很少交換眼神或微笑。

但週末的時候，瑞典人就比較放鬆，不過也別期待出現嚴肅的羅曼史，男性有看對眼的女性，馬上問她想不想上床也並非罕見。

在兩性無論何時何地都泰然自若的義大利，對難與本國女友維持長期與傳統關係的年輕男性來說，與外國女性交往可是駕輕就熟。

雖然捏屁股可能已成為往事，但女生一個人坐在羅馬的咖啡館，可能會聽到不只一句「再見，漂亮小妞」的恭維話，或是很難擺脫死纏不放的花花公子。

單純調情與性騷擾間的界線，有時的確不那麼明顯，但福克斯說，如果開始覺得接收到負面訊號，就是反擊的時候了。

捷克最近的社會學研究指出，多數人認為，性騷擾是「一種從國外進口的人為觀念」。

研究總結道：「性暗示的對話、挑逗的暗示，甚至粗野的故事，都是讓世界運轉的一部份。」

但德國人卻緊張地想讓大家正確調情，甚至開設教授求愛禮節的學校開班授課。

交一百二十五歐元，就可以參加週末的「求愛工作室」，接受兩位號稱「求愛知識不僅依據科學，也來自實際經驗」的教師指導。

福克斯笑著說，開班授課這個想法不錯，「畢竟吃飯是很自然的事，但並非每個人的餐桌禮儀都很好」。

"Republic" means a "Nation", so, could we deny R.O.C.'s existence?
The answer is, you knew that perfectly well, DEFINITELY "NOT", that's what I must say, and will defend to the death our right to be regarded as a "NATION" before we Chinese among whatever side truly and utterly unified into one China, no matter what it'd be called.
